The pool was closed due to the time of year, but the spa was open and what a great place to go and relax. The general hotel facilities are really good and the staff are all happy to welcome & help in any way. This is a fantastic retreat away from the busy city center.

The garden was really nice and we liked the spa too. The staff of the hotel was extremely helpful and polite in every department!

Very good restaurant for dinner. Comfortable room, but overlooking entrance to hotel, so some noise from there. Lovely garden area and pools to be used during the season. Was sorry not to try the spa!

We are coming often here, so Its still same. Nice hotel in nature,nice spa, pool very nice And hot temperature. I think breakfast is now a bit better than before. Was good.

The sauna and.pool facilities were very nice, relaxing and maintained. I visited in May, not peak season so it was not crowded making it ideal and easy to book and have your own space. Most of the facilities outside were closed due to rainy weather duing my stay, so cant comment on that. Its an old hotel and some decor are outdated. Overall, pleasaent quiet stay that was ideal for business trip. Restaurant was convenient and the food was good.

Very spacious place and room, breakfast was very good. Facilities (e.g. pool) looked nice but we did not use them as it was a short stay. Clean room and very late (after midnight) check in was not a problem. We saw that there was kids club and activities but we did not use them.

We always stay at Villa Maria when we come in Winter to Francavilla. Hotel Staff amazing Great breakfast We had a big room Wi-Fi

This is our third visit and everything was as good as previously. The staff members were incredibly helpful and pleasant.

The Spa was lovely and the services were great. We liked the docce esperienziali and the opem air hydromassage pool. The sea sight is just stunning.

The main pool is excellent. Just a shame it closes between 130 and 330pm each day. The front desk staff were very helpful. Room was good. Clean and the housekeeping service was good.
